What we collect
This site has no signup form and no user accounts. When you call us or send us a WhatsApp message, we receive your name, the mobile number you are writing from, and the details of the service you need. That information reaches us from WhatsApp or the phone network directly, not from the website.
Usage analytics
We use analytics tools (Google Analytics and Google Ads) to see which pages people visit and where they came from. Those tools collect aggregate data such as device type, browser and approximate city, without identifying you personally. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings at any time.
How we use the data
We use your data to answer your question, book the visit, carry out the service, and handle the warranty afterward. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with any third party for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep the record of the job for 4 years from the date of the visit: the 3 years of the warranty and one year after it, so we can go back to the visit history if the pest returns inside the warranty period. After the four years it is deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, or to ask us to delete it. Call us on01005577432and we will carry the request out within 14 working days.
