The detail
What you should know about Mosquitoes
We start with a walk-through of the likely breeding sites: plant saucers, uncovered water tanks, floor drains, AC condensate trays, and any still water on the balcony or the roof. Those sources are treated with a larvicide.
Then thermal fogging for open areas and gardens, and a residual spray on the surfaces mosquitoes rest on: shaded walls and the underside of outdoor furniture.
The part that actually makes the difference is the sources. Spraying the air gives you a few quiet nights. Closing a breeding site stops the next generation at its origin. All of it happens in one visit, and any other pest in the unit is included without a second charge.

The most common source we find in Cairo apartments is the AC condensate line. Water collects in a tray or in a blocked pipe and sits there, which means the mosquitoes are breeding inside the home rather than outside it.

What the warranty covers
- If the pest comes back inside the three years, we come back and treat it again at no cost to you

- The warranty transfers if you rent the unit out. It follows the property, not the person
What it does not cover
- Treating the neighbor's apartment itself. We seal the entry points on your side, but their apartment isn't ours to enter
- A new infestation shown to have come in after the visit with used furniture or a suitcase. Showing that is on us, not on you
- Fleas and ticks where the animal was not treated by a vet in parallel, because the cycle keeps running off the animal
- Mosquitoes: cover applies to the breeding sources we treated in and around the unit. One mosquito flying in through an open window is not a returning infestation
- A unit treated by another company during the warranty period
We write these exclusions down plainly because they do come up, and you are better off knowing now than finding out later.
