The detail
What you should know about Rodents
Our rodent work starts with a survey of the building, not with poison. We follow the AC and waste lines, the extractor openings, the gaps under doors and the space around the electricity meters. Every opening gets packed with steel wool and cement mortar, which a rodent cannot gnaw through.
Then we fit tamper-resistant bait stations: locked boxes a rodent can enter and a cat or a child cannot. That matters in homes with pets. The stations stay in place after we leave and keep working on their own, and if there is activity again inside the warranty period, a full 3 years, we come back at our cost.
We deal with the carcass problem as well. A rodent that dies inside a wall creates an odor problem for about two weeks, so we use compounds that send it outside looking for water before it dies. We say this up front: you may get a day or two of smell. Not every rodent makes it out.

- A new infestation shown to have come in after the visit with used furniture or a suitcase. Showing that is on us, not on you
- Fleas and ticks where the animal was not treated by a vet in parallel, because the cycle keeps running off the animal
- Mosquitoes: cover applies to the breeding sources we treated in and around the unit. One mosquito flying in through an open window is not a returning infestation
- A unit treated by another company during the warranty period
We write these exclusions down plainly because they do come up, and you are better off knowing now than finding out later.
