Flea and Cat Flea Control in Greater Cairo
Flea control does not work by treating the animal alone, because the fleas on the animal are 5% of the problem and the other 95% are eggs and larvae sitting deep in the carpet pile and the floor cracks. We vacuum mechanically before spraying to lift the larvae out of the pile, then apply a compound containing an insect growth regulator that stops them reaching the adult stage, so no new generation completes.

Diagnosis
How to tell that what you have is Fleas
We see these signs in Egyptian apartments every week. If you find one of them, the inspection confirms the pest before any treatment starts.
- Small red bites around the ankles and the lower legs
- The pet scratching constantly
- Small black specks in the animal's fur that turn red on a damp tissue
The protocol
What we do, step by step
All of these steps happen in a single visit that takes 90 minutes.
- 1
Deep mechanical vacuuming of carpets and upholstery before treatment
- 2
Spraying with a compound containing an insect growth regulator
- 3
Specific treatment of the places the animal sleeps
- 4
Treating any other pest in the unit and handing over the dated 3-year warranty
The detail
What you should know about Fleas
The flea life cycle is what makes the treatment layered. Eggs drop off the animal and spread through every place it rests, and the larvae hide deep in the carpet where insecticide does not reach. That is why we vacuum mechanically before spraying, to bring the larvae up out of the pile and into the path of the compound.
The compound we use contains an insect growth regulator. It stops the larva from developing into an adult, so even if not everything dies at the same moment, the cycle breaks and no new generation completes. The residual stays on the floor and the carpet after we leave.
This has to run in parallel with veterinary treatment for the animal itself. If the animal stays infested it will reseed the home. That part is not something we do, and we tell you so before we start.
From the field
Fleas bite the feet and ankles specifically, because they jump up from the floor and do not get higher than about 20 centimeters. If the bites are above the knee, it is probably not fleas.

The written warranty
Our warranty is a piece of paper, not something said on the phone: 3 years, the same term across every service. It carries the treatment date and the pests that were treated, signed and stamped by the company.
What the warranty covers
- If the pest comes back inside the three years, we come back and treat it again at no cost to you
- Cover starts on the date of the visit, and that date is written on the certificate itself
- If the source turns out to be the neighbor's apartment, sealing the entry points inside your unit is covered
- The warranty transfers if you rent the unit out. It follows the property, not the person
What it does not cover
- Treating the neighbor's apartment itself. We seal the entry points on your side, but their apartment isn't ours to enter
- A new infestation shown to have come in after the visit with used furniture or a suitcase. Showing that is on us, not on you
- Fleas and ticks where the animal was not treated by a vet in parallel, because the cycle keeps running off the animal
- Mosquitoes: cover applies to the breeding sources we treated in and around the unit. One mosquito flying in through an open window is not a returning infestation
- A unit treated by another company during the warranty period
We write these exclusions down plainly because they do come up, and you are better off knowing now than finding out later.

Tick Control
Ticks hide in cracks and joints rather than staying on the animal, and they are treated in one visit along with any other pest in the unit. A single female lays up to 3,000 eggs in a wall crack, which is why treating the place matters more than treating the animal.
