Scope of service

We treat pests in homes and offices across every governorate in Egypt. Every service has its own protocol, and the warranty is 3 years, written and dated, the same term for every service. Both are set out in the written quote before any work starts. The treatment is done in a single visit, and if the technician finds more than one pest in the unit, all of them are treated in that same visit at no extra charge.

The quote and the inspection

This site does not publish prices. The price is set after the place is inspected, based on the pest, how far the infestation has gone and the area to be covered, and it is handed to you as a written quote. No work starts until you approve that quote. The inspection commits you to nothing.

The warranty

Our warranty is a piece of paper, not something said on the phone: 3 years, the same term across every service. It carries the treatment date and the pests that were treated, signed and stamped by the company.

• If the pest comes back inside the three years, we come back and treat it again at no cost to you
• Cover starts on the date of the visit, and that date is written on the certificate itself
• If the source turns out to be the neighbor's apartment, sealing the entry points inside your unit is covered
• The warranty transfers if you rent the unit out. It follows the property, not the person

Warranty exclusions

• Treating the neighbor's apartment itself. We seal the entry points on your side, but their apartment isn't ours to enter
• A new infestation shown to have come in after the visit with used furniture or a suitcase. Showing that is on us, not on you
• Fleas and ticks where the animal was not treated by a vet in parallel, because the cycle keeps running off the animal
• Mosquitoes: cover applies to the breeding sources we treated in and around the unit. One mosquito flying in through an open window is not a returning infestation
• A unit treated by another company during the warranty period

What we need from you

Before the visit we ask you to pick up pet food and water bowls, cover fish tanks, and empty the cabinets that will be treated. For fleas and ticks, the animal has to be treated by a vet in parallel. The cycle closes on the animal itself, not on the place alone.

Canceling an appointment

You can cancel or move the appointment with a call at least two hours beforehand, at no charge.
